'As much as very well situated, one block from the paseo (hense 3 stars), this apartment was a deception. Not very clean on arrival. Stained carpet and fournitures, strong bad smell walking in, kitchen cabinet hanging off the wall, no sink plug, washer super dirty and smelly. We have to give 4 stars to the management company COSTARENTALS for acting fast in solving some issues. The apartment situated on 3rd floor back of the building has a balcony overlooking rooftop of a fried fish restaurant...

'This is a spacious and modern apartment in a good location for easy access to the sea front, supermarkets, train and bus services. The area (Los Boliches) has a ‘village vibe’ and has plenty of cafés and restaurants without the ‘party’ bars elsewhere. The apartment is well equipped in all areas - kitchen, bathrooms, lounge and comfortable beds. Communication with the host (Roberto) is excellent and he couldn’t have been more helpful.'
