'This property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with well-kept private homes. Furnishings were modern and accommodating. The pool was fun, but the air was cold during our visit, so we didn’t use as much as we would have liked. The only major complaint we had was that much of the cookware was badly treated Teflon with chips and peeling surfaces. Otherwise, the kitchen was great! We had a wonderful stay!'

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic waterside villa – ideal for families! We stayed with our wife and 4 children and had a brilliant holiday. We were sceptical at first as there were only 3 reviews, but realised it’s a new listing – and we’re so glad we booked! Arrival exceeded expectations: the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, all appliances like new, perfect for family meals. Beds are huge and incredibly comfortable; bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The laundry room was a great bonus. Pool area...

'Lovely pool and hot tub. Pool water warm so kids could swim. Hot tub was a good temperature. Had beach chairs. beach towels and a pop up cabana for our use. Nice open layout with room for everone. 3 of the 4 bedrooms spacious. '

'The house was absolutely perfect for the four of us. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our needs. I would most definitely recommend the house to anyone. My only negative is the brick work in the left corner of the pool area definitely needs work. It is a hazard. All in all a great choice for us!'

'We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.'

'Perfect location. Great stay. Some odd items. Island stools are too low. The range vent fan was so low, it precluded you from cooking on the range. Finally hot water was funky. Otherwise it was a fun stay'

'This property had impeccable landscaping on a beautiful canal with manatees daily and even a dolphin too! The screened lanai on both levels were so beneficial and made morning sunrise viewing such an enjoyable experience. The location cannot be beat! Daily walks to the beach were literally about 225 steps ( I counted) We were appreciative of the extra beach towels and chairs! We didn’t Find the cart and coolers until the day we wereLeaving but so much thought was certainly put in to providing...
