'Het is huis is mooi en heel ruim maar mag beter onderhouden worden, hondenpoep bij het terras in de tuin. En tijdens ons verblijf maar liefst 7 kakkerlakken in het huis. 'The house is located on a hill and the neighbours are mostly farmers. The house offers all necessary facilities and as a guest you can also use its beautiful garden. A small supermarket and a baker are within 5 min driving distance. The hosts are very helpful and friendly and gave us some good suggestions for trips to interesting places and for nice hikes. If you like a relaxing holiday in the Faial countryside we can recommend this house.'

'Nico and Eunice's property is as shown on the listing. The view is spectacular and the location if perfect for walking to town, restaurants, ferry and the wine museum. Nico was incredibly helpful with suggestions ahead of time and while we were there. He was also very responsive to any questions or left us a nice welcome gift of local items upon our arrival.
