'For my first time visiting in Kentucky, I’m glad I picked to stay at Regina’s Country Living. Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. Our breakfast was homemade each morning, and it definitely brought back memories with of my grandma for Sunday and Christmas breakfast specials. Room/Home : Regina’s home had so much old southern world charm that had it not been so cool outside, that drinking a Mint Julep on the porch...

'Misleading star rating (not a three star) and Do not recommend! Room was not well cleaned (old hair everywhere, generally dirty, broken toilet etc). The front desk staff was nice and food was good but restaurant’s servers were discriminatory and misinformed about ADA protections for service dogs. Hotel room was way too expensive, dirty, and definitely WAS NOT a three start hotel.'

'They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation.'

'The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained when I arrived. The bed, bathroom, floors, and all surfaces were spotless, and everything smelled fresh. It was obvious that the housekeeping staff takes pride in keeping the rooms in excellent condition. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely stay here again.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Distill Inn. Everyone who worked there was friendly and went out of their way to assist in any manner possible. There was a quaint little bar, where everyone gathered in the evenings with a very friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. The Distill Inn will definitely be on our radar for future travel.'

'Checking in was easy, once we figured out the office was off the courtyard. The sign says "check-in kiosk", but it is an office staffed until 10pm. The young lady that ran the office was super nice and helpful. The Bardstown Motor lodge is nicely restored as a mid-century modern motel. We had a suite which was very large, by motel standards. The bed was extremely comfy! The living room area had a sofa, side chair, small dining table and 2 chairs, a wet bar with a sink and under-counter...
