'To start with the best, the view!! We had a falls viewing room and to see the falls from you bed, wow! Then the bad: the mattress covers were not clean. After repeated requests (I think 3 or 4 times) room service finally changed the beds. The first 3 times we were told housekeeping had already left and once I never got an answer but was totally ignored. Respect though for the man of room service that never changed a bed but decided he should help us out, he was the only staff member that...
