'To start with the best, the view!! We had a falls viewing room and to see the falls from you bed, wow!
Then the bad: the mattress covers were not clean. After repeated requests (I think 3 or 4 times) room service finally changed the beds. The first 3 times we were told housekeeping had already left and once I never got an answer but was totally ignored.
Respect though for the man of room service that never changed a bed but decided he should help us out, he was the only staff member that...

'12th floor, amazing views all day! Easy to walk to everything, just 2 minutes from the bridge.
We stayed just 1 night, but saw the complete change of colors of the falls and the 10:00pm fireworks!'

'Chambre avec vue ! Equipée de 2 TV ! d'un coin bar/kitchinette. La vue sur les chutâtes est juste époustouflante. C'est une expérience a faire. La soir les chutâtes sont éclairées (multicolor) et le matin vous assistez au lever du soleil. Le petit dej est convenable.

'We had a very good experience at the hotel. Friendly staff, super location, superb view on the Falls. The only thing that was a let down, was the poor temperature control for the tap to fill the Whirlpool in the room. '

We were a family of 3 women in a double room. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom, but with only 2 hooks for towels and 1 tiny towel rack. No drawers for clothes, and only a closet with 2 shelves and room to hang about 10 items.

'We were very pleased with the service and support. The beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and so accommodating. The breakfast options were amazing. I would just suggest the curators consider changing the material of the flooring around the pool and hot tub. It is very slippery and a fall risk. Overall we had a lovely experience.'

"Niet wat ik gewend ben van een Ramada hotel. Voor de prijs ok, maar veel dingen zijn aan vernieuwing toe zoals loszittende tapijten die er ook niet fris meer uitzien. Kamers mogen ook opgeknapt worden lakens waren wel schoon maar zaten gaten in."
"Dit hele stadje voelt een beetje als “vergane glorie”, en dit hotel is daar zeker geen uitzondering op. Om op mijn verdieping te komen moest ik 2 verschillende liften nemen, de 2e voelde niet bepaald prettig (heel oud).
De observatory is een kille lege ruimte, ik had verwacht dat daar wel een barretje en misschien een wat stoelen zouden zijn..
De kamer was verder prima, en het personeel erg vriendelijk. Off site parkeren was erg goed geregeld!"
