'Check in was fast, room was clean and they moved us to a higher floor. Parking is a fair walk to the opposite side of the complex that takes up the entire city block. They also have a new policy (since the last time we stayed at this hotel) of not allowing guests to use the trolleys… you have to use a valet. It was an annoyance. The hotel is quiet, clean and in a great location. If you stay here, check in, drop your luggage and then park due to the walk.'

'Gaaf hotel in een voormalige toren! Boek een kamer met uitzicht op de Falls het is het extra geld echt waard! Kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant maar voorzien van alle gemakken. Je auto kun je tegen betaling parkeren, shuttlebus brengt je heen en weer naar het parkeerterrein. Vergeet niet je kortingkaarten die bij je kamersleutel worden geleverd te gebruiken! Niagara Falls wel v.w.b. eten en drinken heel erg duur!'
