'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde, the main street. That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. 'Great location. There was a little construction that started in the morning (too early), but other than that, it was great.'

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind — always available whenever I needed anything. I definitely want to come back to this place and I highly recommend it to...

'Basic no expensive hotel ,in a good condition ,close to restaurant and malecon, supportive staff,'

'The room smelled a bit musty. And I find the offer of a massage from the cleaning lady rather odd.'

'Full of history in the old city. Better is ompossible'

Front desk sent an employee with a mop, bucket and towel. That did not fix the problem. Front desk employee said that the hotel was fully booked and that management was no going to be available until monday. They offerd to bumb us to a lesser quality hotel. They did. Management not being available for this...
