'My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson.'

'het bed was van topklasse zoals je in een 5 sterren hotel kan vinden , heerlijk. Ook de douche was ruim en van goede kwaliteit en schoon. Via hotels.com had ik een prachtige deal van 100$ voor 3 dagen . wat normaal gesproken zowat de helft van de reguliere prijs was. ik had een perfect verblijf voor dat geld.'

'This was our second time staying here and like the First it was Perfect! Check-In was smooth. The staff at Tomates (Lino,Adelina,Rocio,Mageli & the Chef) are the best! Great Service and very attentive to you. When we arrived (Ivan & Rene) we very helpful as soon as we pulled up. The room was Perfect for the occasion. 'The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. '

'We were not told ahead of time before booking this trip that September is the only month that this property is allowed to do construction so the entire time we were on vacation we couldn’t sleep in, relax, or enjoy our time in the room or even by the pool because all you heard was construction.
