'Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! '

'Pluses: -Owner/Manager was really good at replying back to messages leading up to our stay and while there. -Bed linens and towels were clean (or at least appeared clean given the overall state of cleanliness of the apartment). -Near bus stops and restaurants. Minuses: -Photos no longer really match what we encountered. -Building owner has rat traps out with active rat tunnels at outside main entry way staircase and one of the large planters near the front door. Though never saw any rats in...

'It was extremely hot and humid inside. I will advise that he gets a proper working AC or a fan. It was so hot that it almost felt like we were sunbathing in the room.'

'Listing lied about panoramic views…no water view, construction right outside bedroom window…construction noise starts at 7am, owner also promised blackout shades in the bedrooms, nope (another lie), dried blood on towels, filthy rugs (bring slipper). But the view of the Space Needle was outstanding. '

'Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was clean, beautiful and in a great location. However there were a few things that were lacking such as no laundry soap, a strange thing I had to buy for a house that is supposed to be fully stocked. Many of the coffee creamers were expired so rather than drinking the coffee that was provided I had to go to a cafe down the street. The house didn’t have any kind of condiments or spices either so any meals I had, I needed to purchase extra things...

'We enjoyed our brief stay. We only spent about 5 hours here to sleep but it was cozy and offered what we needed at an affordable price. Would stay here again if we have another concert at the stadiums. '

The price was right, parking was easy, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed (including plenty of coffee! Thank you!), and Jenn, the host, was responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is really beautiful. I will definitely book this spot again for future visits! '
