'A great place to stay before leaving for our cruise. Close to the beach and not far from the port. Kristi went above and beyond for us. She even has beach items for you to use. Definitely will stay here again.'

'This was a lovely duplex, beautifully furnished and centrally located but still super quiet. Everything was accurate in the description and the photos. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. '

'The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place close to the beach. Our kids did surf camp at School of Surf and were able to walk to the school’s summer camp. 'Third time staying with Coco Sands in Cocoa Beach. My family group stayed in 3 of their units for our reunion/ visit with family who live in Cocoa. Always enjoy the accommodations and amenities. Especially the beach! Had another memorable stay and vacation!'

'Had an amazing time, Leah provides a plethora of coffee tea snacks along with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, towels, beach gear, all the local restaurants to try & places to visit and clear instructions for checking out and checking in. We had a fantastic time. 10 out of 10 would recommend!'
