'What a cute house! It was overwhelming obvious that the homeowner has a love for making everyone feel welcome. They had a welcome card for my service dog Patton with little treats. There were a dozen toys for him to play with and the cutest backyard area for him to do his business. The location was perfect for what we needed. The beach was right over the causeway, there was a poker room 10 minutes away and minutes from the family that we were visiting. We slept 5 plus Patton very comfortably....

'Our stay at cocoa sands was perfect. We loved being steps away from the beach and so close to everything in cocoa beach. There was so much to do, we loved all the wildlife that we got to see as well! We hope to be back someday again! '

'This is our 2nd stay at this property. The first time was to visit Kennedy Space Center and this time for a church conference on Merritt Island. We loved that this was away from the traffic and busy tourist area. We also enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing the water. They accommodated an early check in. We were quite comfortable there.'

"Just booked a balcony room through expedia. Was looking forward to the pool. When arrived there seemed to be construction works. All balconies closed, pool closed, no breakfast. When I looked again on the website it's mentioned in the fine print below. Who checks that when the description mentions a pool and a balcony. Very dissappointing for the highest price in the area. Also 2 strange hairs in my bed and an alarm clock with usb but no plug in the wall. Why is it even there then? Shower made a whistling noise and the connecting door moved with the wind. Great bed but didn't sleep well. Filled in a survey after check in but no response. Nothing was asked upon check out. I wouldn't recommend."
