'The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. 'The ad say it sleeps 3 people. There was 2 towels and half a roll of toilet paper. I had to message him through the app and text numerous times to get info on how to checkin.Sheets/blankets were dirty. All of the dishes in the diswasher were dirty.We ended up adding an extra 2 people at the last minute and before I could even say anything to him about it he already knew because apparently he had been watching through the cameras.He was ok with this but charged 200 extra dollars...seems like alot...

'The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price. '

'The location is great for downtown Mount Dora and the house is clean and nicely decorated. The house has a strong musty smell and the AC does not keep the house properly cooled. Aside from those two challenges, it’s a nice place to stay. '
