'Room no hot water don’t expect any. No dead bolts on the doors. Room for two adult twin one blanket you can get another for 10 dollars like a sheet. No restaurant facilities no amenities in room. Curtains don’t cover the windows so the people on next floor can watch you in the bathroom so did not take a shower for two days. '

'Had a last minute check in. Room was ok. Big comfy bed, bathroom was not appealing very sterile and no warm water. Hotel staff were helpful. I would not advice you to take the breakfast. Not very appealing you can easily grab a cab to nearby restaurants for a more appetizing bite. All in all a good hotel for a few days but not a relaxing ambience. '

'Amazing hotel, And what helps create that is the staff. All the staff there are incredibly helpful and friendly which makes your stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Also the beds are very comfortable. A 5 star rating from me and will definitely stay there again.'

'Room was in good condition, very courteous staff, food was surprisingly good, walking distance to Trinoma and SM. Asked for a wake up call but didn't get it, took more than half an hour and a follow up call for a bucket of ice, twice. Didn't know SOGO is a "short time " place.'

'The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

'Alles is schoon en personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam... Het is wat oude stijl en mag wel wat geupdate worden. Ontbijt is Filippijnse keus, of eventueel toast met gebakken ei. Rookruimte op de binnenplaats. Weinig restaurants in de nabijheid. De Mall is met een taxi plm 15 minuten. '

'Roach infestation, air conditioning unit leaking water, clogged shower drain, bedroom light not working. I have been transferred to 4 different rooms. The staff are excellent, very unfortunate they are working here. Breakfast is good enough, it is delivered to your room. Overall, this hotel is perfect to stay if you are enrolled in a witness protection program .'

'I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!'
