Excellent attention to detail in all aspects. Fantastic hospitality with very friendly and highly attentive staff. Breakfasts were excellent as well as personal recommendations from the management. Living at Andalib made our trip to Fes even more enjoyable. Big Thank You to the wonderful Management and Staff.

We spent 5 days at Riad Andalib. It was an oasis in the bustling medina region of Fes. The staff were very accommodating and always were looking out for the guests. The breakfast was substantial with local cuisine. We enjoyed our stay here and it made our trip to Fes memorable. Highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Das Personal sowie der Manager waren extrem hilfsbereit. Unsere um 6 Stunden verspätete Ankunft mitten in der Nacht war kein Problem. Der Fahrer sowie ein Hotelmitarbeiter haben auf uns gewartet und uns trotz der späten Stunde herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Das beste allerdings war, dass man zu Beginn eine Einführung mit do‘s and don‘ts für den Besuch der Medina bekommen hat und auch für unsere weitere Reise haben wir super Tipps bekommen! Jede Frage wurde ausführlich beantwortet und jedem Anliegen nachgekommen. Das Frühstück war lecker mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Die Lage war auch perfekt am Rand der Medina.

Reibal, the owner, provides great guide and tips for avoiding scams, as well as general prices for taxis to avoid tourists overpaying. Those tips served us well in all of Morocco and other riads/hotels did not provide that kind of service. The rooms were very clean and the bed is firm and very comfortable, perhaps the best sheets in Morocco. Shower water pressure is also great and the riad is in a convenient location for walking to the main attractions. Would definitely stay again when going to Fes.

I have been to hundreds of hotels, but this was truly a unique experience. The exquisite Moroccan architecture of the place, the amazing food homecooked from fresh ingredients (You have to place your order in the morning if you wish to dine at the Riad,) the attention to details and most of all the attentiveness, caring, and friendliness of the staff. Riad Andalib is clearly an act of love by the owner, Rebal, who is there all the time, making sure everythng is run to perfection. A truly unique place!

Our stay at this location was exceptional. The advice provided to help navigate the geographic, touristic and cultural elements of Fes were exceptional. One of the best meals we had in all of Morocco was a the restaurant here. The owner is incredibly personable and seems wholly focused on optimizing guest experiences When we had to leave a day earlier than planned due to unforeseen circumstances, he was exceptional in the way he handled it. Could not provide a stronger recommendation. The experience provided here was amazing. They really have worked to make it a fantastic way to explore Fes

Very Nice // English and french speaking. Excellent accueille, situation parfaite, Repas du soir à faire (cuisine locale raffinée et ambiance chaleureuse). Un des avantages de ce Riad est son emplacement. Un riad dans la Medina est à éviter car tout déplacement devient compliqué en soirée, riqué. The restaurant, rooms and restaurant are perfect. It's better to be at this square than completely inside the Medina, too risky to move by night. You will have a lot of helpful advices from the host.

とても綺麗なリヤドで、中庭は宮殿のよう。屋上のレストランも雰囲気が良かった。 部屋も広くオシャレで綺麗、お風呂もシャワーとバスタブが分かれておりとても寛げた。朝食も豪華で出発の時間に合わせて早めてくれたりサービスも素晴らしかった。 オーナーがとても親切で、フェズの歩き方や見どころを教えてくれた。必要であればガイドやドライバーを手配してくれるし、彼の影響もあるのかドライバー達もとても親切にしてくれた。教育がしっかりしているのか、ウェイターやドアマンも優しくサービスは最高だった。 立地も車がよりつける場所にあるため、ツアーの発着には最適。メディナの最深部からも少し複雑だがアクセスできるので、ブージュルード門からメディナを下って観光してそのままリヤドに戻るという効率的な廻り方ができる。 とにかく最高なリヤド。出来ることならまた泊まりたい。

Wonderful hotel within the Medina with car access
The hotel was wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful. The room was very spacious (we were upgraded as well) and the common areas are great. Would definitely return.

Good location, easy to/from Médina. Beautiful view on the roof top, very kind owner who makes everything perfect. Variety of food for breakfast which is the best breakfast I have ever had in Morocco. Nice room and everything is awesome even in bathroom. Perfect owner, Perfect Riad, it’s a loss if you don’t stay in this Riad.

メディナにあって、場所がわかりやすい、評判のよいリアドを探していて見つけました。チェックインのための交通手段メールで連絡すると、宿のご主人から、到着予想時間とフェスの街歩きの注意点や、具体的で丁寧なアドバイスが送られきました。大変役立ちました。期待が高まります。タクシーや送迎車ほぼ横付のロケーション。チェックインすると、オーナー自ら、街歩きのコツ、タクシーの最大料金、客引きの対応法など具体的に説明していただき。さらには、「歩きかた」に紹介された場所を、地図上で確認しながら街歩きルートまで説明してくれました。テラスから眺めるフェスの街並みはすばらしく、歴史の街を感じます。部屋は清潔でとても静かで落ち着きます。朝早くからオーナー自らサーブする朝食は、気持ちの良い一日のスタートにふさわしいものでした。スタッフの方も申し分ありません。初めて訪ねたモロッコの最初の宿泊が、リアドアンダリブで最高でした。みなさんにお薦めです。部屋数が多くはありませんので、日程が決まって、運良く空きがあったら、すぐ予約です!

Very nice hotel located in the Medina and importantly accessible by car. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is easy to go around the Medina by foot from the hotel. Breakfast and other food provided at the restaurant was excellent The owner takes personal care of his guests. One of the highlights is the briefing that he gives each guest on the do’s and dont’s while in Fes and how to stay safe. You will seldom find such a host that is as passionate about the well being of his guests.

HIGHLY recommended! There is a lot of reasons why we loved our stay at his hotel. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed with a great service and the owner sat down and told us how to navigate the town in the best way possible, reducing the need for group tours, high taxi costs etc. Staff is very nice and accommodating and we felt at home during our 2 day stay. They were able to help us in all way possible including coming up with a back up plan for our trip as our trip to merzouga got cancelled due to snow and road closure. The place itself is easily the most beautiful place we found in the entire morocco and the room itself is very nice and clean. Their breakfast is MASSIVE and really really good and make sure you get their mint tea with sugar because theirs is REALLY good! Also this place is only seconds away from the main part of the old town.

Amazing stay!
We love our stay there ! It's the best hotel through our trip in morocco. The owner of the hotel is super nice and know what customers need the most . The briefing session during check in is super useful about the tips in travelling in Fez. The restaurant on the roof top is amazing, excellent, brilliant, yummy ! Must go!

Excellent location!
Riad is inside the Medina and with excellent location. Taxi is available directly outside the riad. You can choose to walk to the souks or take taxi to the upper area of the medina. Host and staffs are friendly with great advices which are very helpful to explore Fes.

Comfortable and well-appointed riad with exceptional service. So close to the souks yet slightly removed from the chaos - a pleasure to retreat to after spending the day battling throngs of shoppers and tourists in the Medina. Highly recommend.

Serenity and Comfort in the Heart of Fes
This was a most delightful experience. Forget the predictable "style" of hotels designed by corporations. From the moment you enter you be will stunned by its architecture. Here you will find calm, beauty and space. You will be welcomed by its very hands-on and rightfully proud owner and this not some superficial welcome. He sits with you over tea and cake and with a street map of Fes introduces the city and its attractions and explains how best to get about. Thoughout your stay you will be served by staff who are polite and courteous in a style which we hardly see in Europe any more. The bedrooms of the Riad are as beautiful and comfortable as its public areas.

Great service
The service made this stay worth it! The hotel staff was super accommodating and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and big with lots of space. The staff and food was great. I highly recommend.

The ONLY place to stay. EXCELLENT
The owner and his staff are meticulous about providing you and excellent stay. The property is clean! Comfortable beds, has a nice terrace. You're close enough to the medina, without being RIGHT in it and its hectic hustle and bustle. It was a perfect stay.

Great Riad ,staff and location
Lovely in every way The entire staff is well trained,kind,graceful and work diligently to give you the best experience possible. The room was large and luxurious. The Riad is modern yet renovated with care to preserve its rich heritage. The breakfast on the lovely Terrance was wonderful. The owner’s devotion to his customers and his flawless attention to the finest detail Is quite remarkable.

Super Riad
Best bed in all of Morocco! Stayed in the country for two weeks plus, and Riad Andalib had the most comfortable bed anywhere. The riad is in a great location, and the staff there was just superb. Riebal took care of us and made sure we were well acquainted with the Fes Medina and made sure our every need was met. Amazing place!

El mejor Riad para conocer la Medina de Fez
Si es tu primera vez en Fez, no busques más, este es el mejor riad de la ciudad. Ubicación perfecta para explorar la Medina, pero a su vez muy bien conectado con parada de taxis en la puerta y un entorno seguro fácil de localizar. Un oasis de paz y tranquilidad en medio de la locura de la Medina. Mención a parte el trato del anfitrión, inmejorable, tiene una charla con todos los huéspedes al inicio del alojamiento explicando la Medina, cómo moverte por ella, cómo comprar... El desayuno es excelente y el servicio inmejorable. El restaurante es un poco más caro de lo que puedes encontrar en la Medina, pero sin duda, merece la pena. La mejor comida marroquí de nuestro viaje, la comimos aquí. Un 10. Espero que este lugar se mantenga​ así por mucho tiempo.

But we weren’t expecting a 4 stars rating from you; having on mind that we went over our abilities to satisfy your needs by upgrading 1 of your rooms and accepting an extra person in the room. Knowing the fact that ; we accept only 2 guests in 1 room. The extra guest should of booked a room not share the same room with a small amount as a compensation for breakfast and etc... We did help you in all ways possible and yet nothing is perfect for you. We don’t understand what we should do to satisfy some guests! Truely Exceptional Place in Great Location
Riad Andalib is a spectacularly beautiful place. The renovation of this old quarter palace is amazing and has produced a place of special beauty and serenity. The garden courtyard with its elaborately tiled columns and exquisitely detailed plaster designs on arches and ceilings was reminiscient of the beauty of the Palacios Nazaries in the Alhambra. The owner, Reibal, is a perfectionist with great attention to detail aimed at providing guests with the highest quality experience. The restaurant is also exceptional - beautiful food and outstanding service. In more than 30 years of travel abroad I would rate this at the very top of places I have stayed and of great value.

What a wonderful place!
Beautiful hotel! Very quiet most of the time we were there. One night, there was an Andalusian music concert in the small lot next to the hotel--wonderful accompaniment to our dinner on the terrace! The owner mapped us a perfect walking route through the medina which ended right back at the hotel, and he kindly answered all our questions and made us feel instantly at home, which was a welcome feeling after being aggressively hassled on our train ride from Casablanca. He also made sure we realized that we were in a very special city, and he encouraged us to take our time exploring all that it had to offer. When I return to Fez (which I definitely will), I will make Riad Andalib my home base again.

There is a reason this riad is so highly rated. Reibal and his entire staff make sure that their guests are happy and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and Reibal took the time to sit down with us personally to go over Fez, the medina, the souks and any questions and concerns we had. He had great advice and would check in with us each time he saw us. The riad could not be located in a better part of the medina. Unlike many of the other riads, this is located in the area where cars are still allowed, so we had no issues getting cabs, hauling luggage, etc. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had an early morning tour one day and a very, very early flight another. The staff prepared a to go breakfast for our tour that included everything from juice, fruit, eggs and crepes to plates, cutlery and cups. For our early flight, the staff brought us breakfast to the room the evening before so that we could eat before our cab arrived at 4am. These personal touches made our stay in Fez so enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this riad to anyone visiting Fez.

Door to wonderland.
Perched at a major gate to the medina this Riad was perfectly located. It is beautiful inside. The kitchen turned out good breakfasts and wonderful dinners. The multilingual management is meticulous and intelligent. All of the support staff was good as well.
