'This was a very comfortable stay, with all the amenities of home. Perhaps the hot water management would be easy for Scottish folks, but it took the entire stay to figure out how to turn on the hot water in the primary bathroom. Property management was very responsive. It would be lovely to have olive oil in the pantry. The drying rack is broken. There were pubs close by, and you need reservations to eat there. It was quiet, darling, and a very short walk from the gorgeous beach and a small park...

'If you are looking for something other than a hotel room for 1-2 people and you want to be as close as possible to the Old Course, this place is ideal. It is a guest house connected to the (very lovely) main house on a secluded street a few hundred yards from the 18th fairway. My son and I did nothing but play golf every day we were there, so it was perfect for us. The proprietor knows that we are the target market, as she provides golf club storage just outside the door, which was handy.If...
