'We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and everything was there. The room was also nice and quiet which made sure you could relax after a busy day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Downstairs at the bar it was also nice to hang out. The only point of criticism was the breakfast, this was little for the amount charged. Keep up the good work. '

Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there).
Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...

"Prachtig uitzicht op de Tower Bridge zoals omschreven was. We kregen wat we bestelden. Dat is heel belangrijk. De staat van onderhoud is slecht, maar renovatie is opgestart. Dat is hard nodig. Alles was wel schoon. De view op de brug was magisch..
