'This house looks just like its pictures. It’s the second year we stayed here for our annual reunion with our college friends. We have our reunion at a different house in the neighborhood so we mostly just sleep at the house. Our only complaint is that both of the king mattresses are rather lumpy. Overall this house is great for families :)'

'This is the perfect spot if you are planning to spend a night out on the town with your significant other, if you’re packing the whole family it is pretty loud after bedtime with the kids, the hosts did provide items to control the noise, but the bands at the bars and the motorcycles in town definitely roll into the night. Like I said, it’s a perfect spot for two but a tough one for the family with kids. Great hots and great location to downtown life.'

'The place is nice and bright and very clean! It has a beautiful view of the Guadalupe River from the covered deck, which was our go-to place most of our time there. 'Place was just what we needed and had everything we needed. Great backyard to throw a frisbee and catch a football (besides the pool of course). Host provided tons of info prior to our arrival and was great! Recommend.'

'The tiny house was just perfect for two old friends attending a nearby music festival. The house was clean and perfectly sized. The dining table turned out to be just the ticket for games when we weren’t at the festival. Dave graciously helped with a lockbox problem (totally my error). It was a good trip!'

It was walking distance to everything we needed, like naeglin’s bakery. Only wish there were some extra warm blankets as New Braunfels gets chilly in November.'
