'Poor outfitting of kitchen essentials.'

'Great property. Convenient location. Nice pool. Well appointed room. Enjoyed everything!'

'Open sewage behind pool bar rude front desk grumpy bartender Nice condo good restaurant '

'We booked this last minute for a quick girls getaway. We wanted something away from but convenient to Duval. This was perfect. Tucked on a quiet street sat this wonderful place. It was private, comfortable, easy to get to everything and best of all was the swimming pool courtyard. We enjoyed days out and about and evenings with some prosecco in the pool. It would be easy to rent bikes and ride everywhere, but these two post-menopausal mamas were hot...so we rented a golf cart from Minty's....

'Very clean and modern units with all of the amenities. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Nice pool area and convenient to all sites. Shuttle service to Ferry terminal was excellent benefit'

'Great crew here. From the airport shuttle to constant communication to make sure we were happy. Would highly recommend for a great getaway! Very convenient to lots of places to have fun.'

'The room was little small but to be fair we didn't spend much ti.e there. Pool was a bit too warm on very hot days but otherwise refreshing. Laundry room wasGood , room was clean and over all the house was quiet and peaceful . Would come again .'
