'We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf! Kimberly is een leuke host. De kamer en het huis zijn zeer net. Frankie (French bulldog) zorgt steeds voor een warm welkom 🐶 We genoten van een lekker ontbijt. We komen zeker terug bij een volgend verblijf in Tampa 😊'

'We loved every aspect of our stay at Linda and Shannon. The room was very cozy and comfy. What a very nice surprise to find a well stocked fridge and all the other food and stuff to use if you wish! I definitely recommend this place and we'll definitely come back!'

'Very well thought out rooms. Very clean. Had conversation with the GM several times as he was going around personally attending to things. And he found my keys I misplaced. Had a great time there'

'The 1888 is an unconventional “hotel,” really an unmanned guest house but one supported by 24 hour service by phone and text as needed. The reps were extremely responsive to any query and they keep in touch with multiple texts throughout the stay. The Casita is a private cottage at the rear of the property with two bedrooms to sleep 4 and a couch that doubles as a single bed; this place would not sleep 3 couples but it worked out fine for our group of 5. It is nicely appointed with a kitchen...

'What an amazing B&B with an amazing host. The house and rooms are exactly what you expect and Rob makes sure you are well taken care of. The breakfast is beyond expectations and the yard a quiet place to hang out in. I'll be back. The property is convenient between good restaurants and downtown if you want to go out.'

'This is a nicely maintained, old hotel within walking distance to all of downtown St Pete. The suite was well equipped and very clean.'
