'much of property is under remodel.
Worst part - I visited Sacramento to see my brother, dying in hospital. The first night I slept at hospital so when I went back to hotel to check out early - brother was being moved into hospice at home the property did not allow me to check out early. They billed me for five nights. No early checkout. I paid almost $800 for one night when I didn’t sleep there.
Don’t take a chance on this hotel.'

'We came in during a renovation, so my ratings reflect that. Had issues that we didn't have the last time we stayed. Breakfast was pretty bland but edible. Coffee machine was OK. Free cookies in the afternoon (or so). Our keys suddenly stopped working on five separate occasions for no reason (was told it'll probably get fixed after the renovation).'
