'When we arrived, the room we were initially given had a few things that still needed to be cleaned so we called the front desk to make them aware and see if we could just get someone to clean it. The front desk promptly called back and offered us an upgrade instead. Not only did they come and look at it themselves, but they showed us to the cabin we'd be in and were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a stellar experience! We will definitely be back! '

'We loved the bed and the king suite. We never felt cramped. The breakfast was also very good. Liked the flavored waffles. The only thing we didn't like was the long walk to the elevator and then to our car, but there is probably nothing you can do about that. We should remember to send one with the luggage out front and one to bring the car around. We'll be back.'
