Super friendly staff - helpfull and always available.
Very clean - general area's and rooms - spotless.
The roof terras is a great place to relax and the jacusi is great - our 9 year old liked it at the end of the day to do something fun before going to have diner.
The breakfast at ICook is great as well - fiendly personal and good selection of food.
The location of the hotel seems a bit off center - but was great for us. Close to the railways and several metro stations.

'We had a very lovely stay here. Paolo is super friendly and gave us lots of information about Rome.
Location is very good, across the Opera House. It is central, safe and near breakfast places.
The rooms are very clean and the gentlemen who cleans them is also really friendly and willing to help with everything.
We would definately come back here!'

'Faultless, very clean, great amenities especially the terrace on a sunny day and such wonderful staff - from check in and out. Can't fault, great location, I walked to everything except the Vactican as it was an early morning tour however an Uber was only £12. I even scored a free upgrade to a lovely room on the 6th floor with a small terrace. Perfect break away.'
