'Suited our needs. Slept 12 people comfortably. Private pool and trampoline not pictured. The house feels lived in which felt a little weird but not a deal breaker. Wasnt the cleanest but the cleaning fee isnt horrible. For someone more picky this may not be the place for u for us it was fine, it justbfelt like they had kids. Not much close by, a few small restaurants and a dollar general. If your from NY dont even try the pizza place close by in Vermont. The reviews are good but if you are used...

We had a minor issue the first night but the host was very communicative which was appreciated. One callout was the pool table setup wasn’t ideal as the cue sticks weren’t functioning so no one was able to play. Aside from that nice property and space. '
