'Cleaning staff ignored my 'please clean room' on second and 3rd day. I was present on the third day when someone was cleaning the next room, asked and was told my room wasn't on the list. I was at least given 2 coffee replacements. Also, website said enjoy 2 waters upon arrival and there was none. '
