'Clean room! Slippers were placed on either side of the king bed. Room was all ready and waiting for us. It was very noisy on the street side at night which isn’t something they can really change. The only improvement the room needs is actual drawers! All of the ones under the TV are filled with coffee and mini-bar stuff. Very busy hotel but in a fantastic location next to Circular Quay and The Rocks. '

'Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!'

'Wow. This is how it should be. The only negative thing I can come up with is that they didn’t mention that the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival. Rooms are spacious and have all you need, incl. free mini bar. Also lots of amenities are free and delivered to your room. Breakfast is very well. Very friendly personal. Free washing facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are perfect. This is the best hotel we stayed in during our 7 month vacation. '
