'The worst booking I've ever made.The host never provided the check in information to me or VRBO. A day before check in she told VRBO she provided the info and had not. So, VRBO had to look at all our VRBO messages to determine that she had not provided the check info. She did not answer numerous calls from VRBO. Finally she texted me saying "I told you everything is fine", referring to a text sent a over week prior. Then I received numerous very long ranting rude texts. I finally blocked her...

'The location is great the virtual assistant is very responsive,the room space is ok . But the property is very badly maintained. The light spot are broken . They provided with coffee machine with no coffee no sugar no water . The worst thing was when I came back at night and water to take shower surprise surprise! It’s broken !!! I’m not recommending this place at all.'

'We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in this magnificent property. It's rare to find something spacious and comfortable in New York when you come with a large family. There were 8 of us between babies, children, and adults, and this property met all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are towels, pillows, and extra blankets. The kitchen has everything you need. The distance to the Big Apple is a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood where the property is located is very safe...

'Great location close to Central Park and major midtown sights with subway options nearby. Local supermarkets close by. We loved our 2 room 2 bathroom apartment - very handy for a family of 4. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We also utilised the kitchenette fully. Staff were accommodating. Didn’t have much chance to visit the lounge but breakfast was available for a fee. Would definitely stay again. '

'Beautiful home in a lovely and safe part of town. Incredibly spacious, especially for NYC standards, and beautifully appointed down to the smallest detail. Stayed with the entire family and everyone felt like they were living in the lap of luxury with enough space to not be on top of one another. The host was super responsive and super helpful. Could not ask for more and will definitely stay again.'
