'My family stayed at SpringHill Suites for both me and my son’s birthdays. The suite was large with ample space for the 4 of us. I loved the location and the nearby food options were plentiful. The free hotel breakfast was convenient but we also ate at other breakfast spots during our stay. The balcony was private and had a beautiful view of the ocean front. '

'I'm doing this review solely to give the staff at this facility the credit they deserve. From the amazing front desk woman with the glasses, to the young African American staff kid, everyone was just so inviting and helpful. We traveled from Jersey and spent most of the week on the Ocean Front (Marriot Sheraton 4 points), but we wanted to slow things down a bit for the last day of our trip and we're glad we did. Tupalo Honey Chicken Restaurant was amazing and the hotel grounds were so clean!...

'It was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just can’t get a better place to stay!'

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
