'Staff not friendly Halls were dirty and smelled like cigar room was not clean at all and smelled horrible cigar buts left all over'

'there is no point saying there is breakfast, even if they call it “light” it consists of little bites muffins and a juice/coffee machine. housekeeping only came in and made one bed, did not even clean the shower or anything (whatever we were there 3 nights no huge deal) they provide cups in the room for coffee but no coffee machine. ALSO check in states at 3pm. inside the room on the door it states check in 1pm. We were made to wait until 4pm to check in. other than that staff was overall...

'I loved the location. As well.as the serenity of the area. The center garden was quaint and enjoyable. You can walk to the beach. The water was super hot and I truly loved that. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. The owners were super friendly and kind. Price point was excellent. Great place and I will definitely stay again.'

'This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately it’s very old and run down. The price is too high for this kind of quality. The rooms are very out dated, bed sheets are literally dirty and stained. The bath tubs needs serious replacement and the sink doesn’t drain properly which overflows. The staff is nice and the location is convenient.'

'Room was filthy. Mold in the sink and bathtub. Cigarette ashes on the counter in a non smoking room. Dead bugs (moths, roaches, etc) underneath the beds and mattresses. Additionally, there was evidence of mice. Would not recommend.'

'The only complain I can think of was a trace of moldy smell when ac is off. Everything else was perfect. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good breakfast. The bathroom seems to be recently updated. Would love the frosted glass in the shower for privacy and a few hooks. The location is great with multiple food options within walking distance. Plenty parking spots. The swimming pool, gym and laundry were not crowded and available to use.'

'Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM. I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

'The bathroom was not clean. The front staff was notified about this and nothing was done to rectify it. Also, I paid for an upgraded room and did not receive it. Was told all the other rooms were sold out. Lastly, the room smelled of smoke when I booked a non-smoking room.'
