'The room smelt like mold the air didn’t work good mold in the bathroom ceiling door didn’t close properly the beds were suppose to be queen size I got full size lucky I had custody paperwork for my Granddaugther because of I didn’t have them I would not have been able to rent the room you all need to prepare people about things like this'

'First thing i noticed is the lobby was locked to guests at 4:30 pm. Had to ring a bell for service. Person at window was pleasant. No name tag so i could not give her kudos. On departure only was still locked at 8:30 am. New person at window. I asked if the lobby was ever unlocked. He said no. Reservation was for a standard King non smoking room. At initial entrance of room it was neat, one sitting chair beside the bed. Desk with no drawers across from bed as well as a dresser/tv stand. ...
