Welkom bij ons appartement, "Sunny and Chair" @ Gulf Dunes # 314! Met een eerste verdieping op de 4e verdieping is ons appartement prachtig ingericht en uitgerust! We hebben een gerenoveerde keuken en badkamers, een grote inloopdouche met glazen deuren, overal tegelvloeren (geen grove vloerbedekking) en mooie meubels en inrichting! GRATIS STRAND SERVICE INBEGREPEN!
We hebben vooraf betaald voor uw strandservice, wat betekent 2 stoelen plus parasol per dag, wat normaal $ 245 / week is!

Gulf Dunes 314 kan slapen 6 met een King master suite (nieuwe matras november, 2019,) gang twee stapelbedden voor de kinderen en een verbeterde traagschuim slaapmatras in onze lederen bank zonder bar in het midden! We hebben prachtige meubels, waaronder een opgewaardeerde lederen slaapbank, een lederen fauteuil, opgewaardeerd tuinmeubilair (niet de goedkope plastic spullen die de meeste condos hebben) en we bieden een gerenoveerde keuken met kwarts tellers, soft close witte shaker kasten, en is volledig gevuld met aardewerk gerechten en Rachel Ray kookgerei en bakvormen. Daarnaast hebben we een 55 "flatscreen SMART tv in de woonkamer en een grote SMART flatscreen tv in de master suite, wasmachine / droger in de flat en we bieden gratis WIFI!

Gulf Dunes 314 biedt 2 zwembaden (een seizoensgebonden verwarmd), 2 strandwandelaars, strandservice, tennisbaan, lift en fitnessruimte. Op korte loopafstand is het restaurant "AJ's Oyster Shanty", het visrestaurant "Stewbys" en minigolf / ijs! Onze gasten houden ook van het restaurant genaamd "The Gulf", dat heel dichtbij is - verse zeevruchten direct aan de baai met een verbazingwekkende eethoek in de openlucht. Plus we zijn een geweldige locatie dicht bij de promenade, vissteiger (wekelijks vuurwerk in de zomer), AdventureZone, Gulfarium en vele geweldige restaurants en winkels plus een nauwe supermarkt, Publix. We zijn een korte rit naar Destin, maar we houden van onze stranden omdat ze minder druk zijn dan Destin!

Sunny and Chair

Wow, from the moment we stepped thru the door and saw our view of the gulf, we were amazed! Sunny and Chair was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The condo is cute and comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked with every item you would need during your stay, the host was great too as we extended our stay because we loved it so much. Truly awesome! We would def stay here again!

Beach vacation

This property was fantastic. The owners were responsive when i couldn't find trash bags, and the small details in the property made all the difference. They had beach essentials available to use, and the beach service made life at the beach super easy. The place was so clean, which seems tricky with all the sand outside. Easy access to the beach is a major plus. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

Perfect Blessed Home

I absolutely loved this place! My stay here was a long stay as monthly rental off season and it was very relaxing. I loved waking and falling asleep to the waves. The place was very cleaned when I checked in, the managers were very communicative and the unit was spacious with light yet tranquil colors. I absolutely loved how much natural light there is in the unit. The only thing I was disappointed (not owner or management issues) is that the condo hours for the gym are short, so for those like me who this was home and had to work, it was hard to make it to the gym…in which case beach walks were regularly executed :-). Thank you for letting make this my home for few months…if I haven’t bought after season, I would def come back and recommend!!

Restful Vacation Beautiful Beach!

We were instantly impressed the moment we arrived at how clean and thought out the condo was presented. It’s a must to have a comfortable king bed as we have stayed in nice condos before with awful beds which ruined our trip! The king bed felt like a dream and gave us the rest that we needed. The view is as spectacular and we had every thing we needed including beach chairs! Thank you … we will be back!

Great condo ! Super clean. Beach was amazing and enjoyed the heated pool and pickleball courts. Lots of locally owned restaurant nearby with live music and a Publix minutes away. Super convenient.

Fudpucker Reunion

We had a wonderful time getting back together with fiends and the condo was perfect for our visit! It was an easy walk to the tournament and to restaurants and bars near by. We loved hanging out of the deck watching the dolphins and walking to the beach to see the rays that were playing on the water. We would definitely stay there again! Check in was super easy and I always had prompt responses from the owner/manager on any question. Oh and Hungry Hokies pizza was delicious!

Perfect location

This Condo was as described. The pros outweighed any minor cons we had. To start, I love how easy it was to communicate with our manager, Kris. Very helpful and very responsive. The location and proximity to the beach was the biggest draw. Watching dolphins in the AM from the patio was a daily occurrence. The condo was on the smaller side compared to some of our previous rentals but was perfect for our 5yo & 8yo. Even though this unit was directly by the elevator, it was very quiet at night. The only complaint, which is very minor, there is a light that does slightly shine In through the shutter blinds in the main bedroom. I would maybe suggest a single pull curtain to block that light out. It is listed in the rental agreement, so no surprises, but no beach towels/cooler/sand toys are included with the rental property. Just something to be aware of. Other than that, the chair attendants were very kind, the nearby restaurants were good (expect a long wait if you choose to eat out for dinner, shorter/no wait times for lunches). The ocean can be crystal clear one day and murky the next, which some very kind locals said is normal for July/August time.

Decent for the price

The good: 1. Great view 2. Updated fixtures The bad: 1. The master bed is soft and uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the the hallway bunk. 2. The refrigerator handle was broken when we Arrived. The middle shelf in the refrigerator Is not safe to set heavy items on. 3. There only closet in the unit was had a broken Broken chair and vacuum in it that limited our Closet space. 4. Master bedroom is right across from elevator Door so you hear anyone coming out of Elevators when you are sleeping.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo is a great home base for a family beach vacation. The bed in the master is AMAZINGLY comfortable (I mention this because it’s always the thing I’m most disappointed in with rentals), and the bunk beds were very comfortable for our kids. The included chair service makes a day at the beach so much easier (especially with kids), and it is only a minute or two from the condo to the pool or beach. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future!

Amazing view!

My favorite part of this property was the view from the balcony! Everything was very clean. Good appliances. Bed was very comfy. Property manager was so helpful with all our questions before getting there. My only complaint would be that the bedroom stayed warmer then the rest of the place. Make sure to keep the ceiling fan on to help with that. Would stay here again!

Beach Trip 2020

We had a very good time during our trip to the beach. Our condo was in a good location and building was clean and quiet. The only negative was coffee pot was full of old coffee and dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived, soap was in dishwasher but it was never started to wash. I would have thought cleaning staff would have checked. We washed so it wasn't a terrible situation. We would return to this location.

Great getaway

We love traveling to Fort Walton Beach, and have stayed in several different properties. This was a perfect fit for our family of four. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the king sized bed with a really comfy mattress, which is a detail often skimped on in rental properties. They also took the time to put a few cute decorations up for our son’s birthday, which we were celebrating during our stay...so sweet and thoughtful!
