I was really surprised I must be honest. Staff was friendly. Really clean. The double roomi was was far sparse...and was pleasanant modern. However I was having serious medical issues. Then threw me out for I guess for being too loud while we was in pain screaming for someone 911.

Guy named jack was very rude. Charged card multiple times locked it. Rooms had poor quality. Headboard was falling out of wall, lights didnt work. Tile was dangerous cracked in Restroom. Mold in shower area. A drawer top just slid off wasnt even attached just sitting on top. Pool wasnt available but online shows it available. Will never go back.

First room they gave me had blood on the wall in the bathroom. The vinyl flooring throughout was sticky the whole way through. They did give me another room which was an updated a little more. Ok if you want to be cheap. But I recommend spending an extra$30 a night for a more comfortable experience somewhere else.

I have done my fair share of traveling and have never had major problems with a hotel until this one. Given the price, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just clean and smoke free. There isn’t enough room to go into everything, but we were given three different rooms and each of them were super dirty and reeked of smoke (both tobacco and marijuana.) It wasn’t just a little smoke either, it was the “knock you over when you walk in and give you a headache” kind of smoke. There were bugs crawling, dirty socks in the bathroom, old Taco Bell cups and pop bottles. My daughter is allergic to smoke, so staying wasn’t an option even if we wanted to take our chances with the bugs and filth. We never even unpacked our stuff. We went and explained the situation to the man working the desk and let him know that we were going somewhere else and would like a refund for 3 nights we had booked. Long story short, they refused to refund that night and said I would need to talk to the manager the next day. I called the next day and talked to a man who no one talks to the manager, only to him, and he would discuss it and call me back. Surprise. Two days later, I’ve not heard a word and no refund. I’ll be trying again this week, but I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you’re just looking for somewhere to party where no one will bother you.

This place is very affordable and I didn’t have to pay a deposit because I had multiple nights booked paid in advance. The staff is friendly and helpful and are quick to respond to any issues. The rooms are clean, but small and have some wear & tear. But if you’re only looking to sleep, this is your cheap convenient spot. Also, it’s like 10 mins from ATT Stadium w not much traffic. Would definitely stay again.
