'The stay was great'

'This was a nice hotel. The room didn’t have a fridge or freezer. I was disappointed with this because I had some food to keep cool. It was close to train tracks so you can hear the train throughout the night. Bring ear plugs!'

'Onvriendelijk ontvangst, geen info gekregen. Vochtige kamer, condens en schimmel op de lamp. Diervriendelijk hotel was te zien, er lag hondenhaar op de bovenste bedsprei bij beide bedden. We zijn met 3 en we kregen maar 2 handdoekenpaketten. Ontbijt: heel pover, alleen zelf te bakken wafels.'

'Room smelled pleasant like it was clean but not overpowered by chemicals. The facility was nice and clean. Only had one interaction with a staff member at check in and that was pleasant and quick. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others. '

'The health department should pay them a visit. Not sure how Florence provides them with a buisness license every year. Disgusting place.'

'We had been to Comfort Inn on our way to Florida and were not pleased. Picked this place on way back and it was great. Friendly check in staff, food good and way better tv. '

'While the staff was friendly, that was the only thing good about the motel. Yes I do understand the phase “you get what you paid for” but even here that phase doesn’t work. I paid for a non smoking room yet first thing that hit us was the weed smell when we opened the door, then the little grinded up peices of weed on the floor. The tube bottome was block from the lack of cleaning. The bed had cigarette burns and the pillows smelled musty. Definitely not worth the 100 for the 1 night. Again...

'Room has poor lighting. There are no hold bars to help in or out of the shower. Toilet paper holder missing. I needed internet but there were no access to the web. WiFi working but no internet connection. When I asked the desk to fix the problem. She was no help. Refrigerator ice box was frozen over. Not Happy. '

'The room was small and simple but it had everything we needed. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels and the soaps/shampoo etc were in dispensers in the shower and by the sink. The food was better than most family hotels. The only problem was that the electric vehicle charger was only for Teslas. If they installed a J1772 charger then all EVs could use it, even Teslas.'

'The bedroom door didn't close as it should. The smell was not good, despite showing the room as if there was breakfast they didn't have.'

'Positive: spacious room, quiet and the staff is very friendly. Negative: the toilet does not flush properly, little water pressure on the shower head, towels were missing. Not everything in the breakfast room was replenished quickly. Took a long time for the bread to be replenished. Cards did not work when we arrived at our room and had to be reactivated.'

'Room was very clean. Beds are on the firm side. Pool was closed even though the sign at desk stated it should be open. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Front desk agent was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Horrible customer service skills. This is a one and done stay.'
