'We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no...

'Great space! Clean and up to date. We got lucky and found a parking spot right in front sometime around 4:15pm. Instructions were clear on how to get in. Getting an Uber was fast and easy in the area. We plan to return next year to this same listing. Very happy we tried this out when we normally stay at a hotel. Highly recommend.'
