'The bed was as hard as a rock and lumpy. My niece slept on the floor because it was at least not lumpy. '

'DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!! We “supposedly” had reservations to this place and when we got there they aren’t even open!! 8:30pm with 3 children in the car. New renovations taking place. New beds in the hallways looking through the door trying to find someone they don’t even have a front desk because it’s being remodeled. I’m ok with the remodel but what I will not tolerate is being scammed by the hotel for saying they have rooms and selling through Expedia when clearing they don’t have rooms...

Room was “cleaned” (room deodorized) but stray hairs in bed AND in bathroom - refrigerator needed to be cleaned, curtains had a bizarre red spots (need a CSI black light) … bathroom floor need to swept AND scrubbed- needless to say I did not take off my shoes. 'Room were clean bed comfortable. Hot tub absolutely disgusting the pool was nice. Talk to staff and they did not offer any compasation for the horrible conditions to the hot tub. I called ahead specifically to make sure all was good. The complaint landed on deaf ears.'

'Incredibly clean hotel with lovely personnel. Even though some things were a bit dated, the cleanliness made all up for that. Also the complimentary breakfast was a good wat to start the day. '

'There was an event going on and it ended at an appropriate time. I had no problem falling a sleep I didn’t hear any loud music. We always enjoy staying at Poland Springs Resort. We will be back!'
