'We had 3 16 year olds, 12 and 19 year old plus my boyfriend and myself stayed here for 5 days. The train through the back yard was awesome, the beautiful river, private dock and fire pit across the street was perfect. Having the kids crossing the road was really a non issue for us since they are older. I was worried about sharing one bathroom but we made out just fine also not having a TV worried me but turned out to be great. Got us to spend time together and looking for the next thing to do....

'Loved staying at Jennifer’s house in the middle of the woods at Bryce Resort. So close to nature with deers and chipmunks around in the area. The house is spacious for a family of 5 with three teenage kids. All facilities where available to use and communicating with Jennifer was easy. 'Great getaway location. Lots of space. Loved the porch/deck. It rained a bit & was wonderful to be able to still enjoy the outdoors on the nice sized covered porch. Very pet friendly. Hot tub was relaxing & able to be enjoyed even with rain due to location. Nice n quiet. Saw lots of wildlife, deer, birds etc. Fyi you may not get cell service in this location, we did not.
