'The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. '

'Rooms are in poor shape. There were construction workers remodeling the rooms which will help. No coffee maker. Office is in lock-down which tells you the type of neighborhood they are in. Looked good on their web site. Would not recommend this hotel until the remodeling is complete. '

'Was disappointed with the front do being not accessible for anyone disabled like myself it was very difficult to enter the room door was stuck, couch bed was dirty someone was eating on it & maid service didn’t clean it , Maria at the breakfast area was very rude to all the clientele that was trying to get their breakfast other then that I like the atmosphere of the hotel, I think staff should take edicts on how to treat ppl when dealing with customer service . 'Breakfast was very good and the Team kept the place very clean and were friendly and helpful. The Gym and Pool were well maintained and were available until midnight which was very convenient compared to most hotels. There's a very nice mall adjacent to the Hotel with plenty of restaurants in the area and felt safe to walk, even at night. We would heartily recommend staying at this Embassy Suites and will definitely stay here again. Anthony Lee'
