Window could not be opened (broken rope), 2. carpet worn out, 3. iron not performing optimally, 4. doorlock from inside not stable, 5. shower equipment not properly tightened, 6. too much noise at ceiling level from other guests, 7. wifi signal too weak in the room, 8. room not properly cleaned when arriving.'

'Absolutely loved this hotel! Very warm and friendly staff, even gave us a freshly baked cookie. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and even complimentart à la carte options as well. The HDMI port and mirror heating were very thoughtful!'

'We attended a birthday party. The hall was nice. We had an evening meal at the hotel, which was absolutely delicious. The room was quite disappointing, needing updating. The bedside lamps didn't work, but the staff were lovely'

'The room was pretty cold on arrival, but soon worked out how to get the heating on.Staff were very helpful and managed to sort out my booking, that Expedia failed to notify the hotel, so they were not expecting me.The room was aa bit outdated,and not very soundproof, the 7 lane bypass was very noisy during the night,even with the window closed.'

'At weekend food was a bit cool, the shower was lethally a bath mat would be appreciated . The microwave was without instructions and difficult to use. On the plus side the room was large well equipped clean and heating and cooling was great. Staff were excellent, I would definitely stay again.'

'The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. '
