'The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. It reminded me of a very nice hostel. The only downside is the street noise from cars and partyers on the street. Ear plugs help.'

'Centrally located hotel, with amenities such as free coffee/tea, co-working placed with soundproof booths, printing, gym, kitchen with microwave/fridge …, self-check in available, guarded 24/7 which was needed: a lot of homeless people in the area: especially during night time, would not feel safe if alone, fast WiFi, clean room but very small: almost no storage room. 'We arrived in the hotel with a bit of a problem, as our luggage was lost on our way to San Francisco. The hotel manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He even offered us his phone so we could call the airline. The hotel itself is OK. The room is quite small and the bathroom facilities are to be shared with other guests.
