'Terrible! Elevator was broken, stairs were super narrow and we walked up 4 flights. Waited outside for over an hour for an access code when we were told it would be 5 minutes. There was a TV in the room, but no remote and no buttons to turn it in manually. Also lots of open light fixtures. Worst place I’ve ever stayed!'
