'I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. I said something at the front desk the next day but no offer of adjustment was given. There was a quarter...

'Hotel was very quaint and peaceful. Loved walking to my room on the second floor and being able to see the pool & the beach. The location is away from most things, but not too far that you can’t walk/ drive to something — the staff was so kind and attentive. Also most hotels stopped having variety in mini bars, and the snacks and beverage options were amazing and actually affordable. 10/10 and would stay again if in the area.'

'Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, and organized. The host and inn keeper were super friendly, they made delicious breakfast. The pool came in clutch, it was clean and heated. Some tiny downsides, the free bottle of wine was not provided to us. We wished they have many tables because we had breakfast with other guests in the same table, not bad but it was somewhat awkward. Overall a good experience.'

'Zeer mooi hotel op een super plek. Er moet echter wel gewerkt worden aan het personeel muv de bar. Heb 2 keer gemaild zonder reactie zelf nu nog geen antwoord gehad en ook een simpele vraag over de yoga die ze aan bieden kon het personeel bij de lobby niet beantwoorden.'

'Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning). Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff. Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between. Would stay again and...

'The hotel is in a great location - many different places you can walk to from restaurants, to stores and the beach itself. The staff goes above and beyond every day to make sure you are having a good stay. The only surprise during my stay was a $15/day parking fee to have my car in the hotel parking lot.'

'The room had a bad smell and the ac did not work. We had to argue to get moved to another room that also had an odor. Walk out to the street make a left and the food establishments are bad also. After we took a tour we found out this was not the area to be in. The photos of the hotel are misleading. Stay somewhere other than here!'

'For a beachnut family who still needs quiet space with littles, this place was AMAZING! The kids themselves loved the rooms and decor. Our son really felt like he was a pirate himself. We even stayed an extra night in a different room and the process was a true breeze. The new loft, just as gorgeous 😍 '
