'Excellent room, service and breakfast'

'The decor and setup of the studios was very restful, with everything needed for a great stay overnight. Fantastic view to the Gold Coast, both day and night. Plenty of choice for buffet breakfast, sitting out on the deck. Jess and her husband were amazing hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. '

'The hotel is well located with a nice view on the marina. The stay was very pleasant apart from the check in. First of all, my partner called the hotel a day before to inquire about breakfast, asking if it is including or extra and the person on the phone was very rude and said they couldn't provide this information over the phone, before actually answering! 'This was the first time I have stayed at this property and it was absolutley wonderful. The apartment was beautifully kept, the view was stil beautiful even though blocked by road side trees. Staff were amazing when I advised of the 3 very minor issues upon leaving. The pool, saunas, bbq area and eating area were well kept and clean as well. Very short walk around the corner to a bus that can take you into the city or out to Sea world. Great location. I will definatley be booking again.'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer.
