'Beautiful place, feels high-end for a very good price. Lovely breakfast and uninterrupted sea views. Rooms are modern, nicely furnished and very clean. Slightly out of the way so a car is essential, and like most of Madeira it’s on a hillside so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommended for anyone looking for sea views, infinity pool and a relaxing break. '

'Lovely relaxing week. The house is as described at the end of the promenade right by the sea. If it's a bit stormy you might hear the waves crashing but that's the only thing that will disturb you. The house itself doesn't lack for anything and Constantino is a great host who communicates with you regularly to make sure you have a good stay'

'Bij aankomst werd nog volop schoongemaakt (terwijl we hadden doorgegeven dat we tussen 12-13 zouden arriveren). Maar bagage weggezet & auto geparkeerd en gaan lunchen biij museum om de hoek (prima eten voor zeer redelijke prijs). Daarna boodschappen bij supermarkt (10-15 min lopen). Lekkere restaurants op 10 min lopen (wel berg af/op, dis moet redelijk ter been zijn). Lamp in slaapkamer ging kapot, maar na melding werd er keurig nieuwe lamp bezorgt.'

'C’est deux semaines chez Fernando et Patricia ont été splendide ! Une vue magnifique sur funchal, des hôtes fantastiques et que dire de la maison avec son bar et salle de billard qui nous ont fait passé de très bonnes soirées. Le gros plus : la piscine pour se rafraîchir ou faire tomber le mal de crâne du très bon rhum de pirate de l’île ! Merci pour tout, infiniment ! 🏝🤩🥰😎'

'We logeerden op loopafstand van de Sé, mooi verblijf met zonnig terras. Alles was aanwezig, goede bed, uitgeruste keuken, garage. Minpuntjes: reservoir stuk, wc-bril los, bidet loopt uit, klink badkamer stuk, diepvries sloot net al te best. Maar alles bij elkaar fijn appartement!'

'Le logement est parfait, de par sa localisation (au calme mais proche du littoral et des zones des sommets de l'île), de par sa disposition (1 chambre dans une dépendance, très apprécié par les enfants), et par son vaste espace extérieur (BBQ et jardin pour profiter des soirées). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. '

'Zeer gunstig gelegen huis. Prachtig uitzicht. Nadeel: als je geen auto hebt of scooter huurt, moet je echt flinke stukken steil omhoog lopen. Of met de taxi, maar vind deze niet goedkoop. Funchal is echt prachtig, zeker de moeite waard.'

'This house has all you need for an extended stay and is spotless clean. The beds are confortable and bathrooms convenient. Internet is good. We have not used TV, so no comments about it. The house is very well located in the Island and neighbour town has both supermarket and local fruit and vegetable stall. The person in charge of the house is very accomodating and making sure you have a good stay. The only downside of the house is that if you have big car, parking inside property is...

'Excellent stay, 10/10 recommend. Very clean and well maintained, beautiful views. Host was easy to communicate with, responsive, and had lots of thoughtful touches (local fruit, water, etc). Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Would recommend a car, but that’s true for most of Madeira. '

'We found this apartment extremely difficult to find with the directions given. We had to ask help from locals to find it. Perhaps it would have been easier if we had a GPS with us for directions. Once found the apartment was great, very quiet, had all we needed (other than a corkscrew for the wine). A lovely area to visit.'

'Mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht. Je moet wel altijd met de auto om b.v iets te eten. Keuken is overigens wel goed uitgerust, dus thuis koken is goed te doen. Warm welkom van eigenaar met verschillende Lokale producten .'
