'Refrigerator was broken, ruined our food. Boiler room has a pipe burst so the fire alarm went off and we had no hot water so my family and I couldn’t shower. Next day the alarm went off again. Luckily we checked out that day. Do not recommend this hotel'

'Two problems - 1. Check-in was VERY slow. It took the front desk staff 20 minutes to check in each guest. There ALWAYS seemed to be a problem. 2. There is a $40/night resort fee that was not included in the Expedia price and was not properly disclosed. It changed the hotel from a less expensive option to a more expensive one. 'The location was perfect as it was close to the Barrymore Theatre and a short Uber ride to the cruise port. I did not like that they applied a $30 "required" amenity fee that was not disclosed during booking. With the fee, they provided a $20 gift card to be spent at their café or restaurant.
