'Well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and polite. I travel a lot and was very happy with the room. '

'Although this is an older property the room was very comfortable and I slept well. It was quiet which is a plus for me! The hot water was better than any “newer@ place I have ever stayed! I did not check out the breakfast area as I was meeting for breakfast with family in the area. The price was awesome! My only suggestion would be they add a better door locking system.'

'beds are old fashioned spring models, worked ok but a little outdated. Direct tv in the rooms is a nice touch, towels in bathrooms are also not soft to the touch. breakfast was ok but no sausage or bacon options, had waffles,biscuits/gravy, cereal eggs, toast, milk and juice options.'

'Stayed on the 3rd floor, had something hitting the outside wall all night & pool was closed with nothing saying that besides a note in person.'

'The rooms were clean for the most part, although I noticed the windows needed to be cleaned. (Apparently, since the hotel accepts pets, they may leave behind traces of their activity.) The staff was efficient and helpful. This facility is in a safe area close to the interstate and other hotels. It lacks the amenities many may expect in a hotel, such as a pool and exercise room. However, if what you are looking for is a clean and comfortable place to rest for the night, and those other amenities...

'We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family. With two separate bedrooms everyone had their own bed and their own space. The beds were comfortable and came with ample pillows. The continental breakfast was delicious. They offered a wonderful variety of hot and cold foods. The fruit toppings for the waffles was a nice treat. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The hotel was nice with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. Nice space for guests to sit on couch. Only downfall was that we didn’t get maid service on our 2 night stay. We didnt have a tag up saying no room service annd when we came back later in the day, no one had cleaned the room. We did ask for when we got back but it but it was later in the day and they were already gone.'

'Mold in the bathroom, shower was not cleaned prior to when we got to the hotel. There is mold on the ceiling near the head of the bed. The carpet is rolled up and separating from the floor and wall the left side night stand is holing it down. Lack of plug in for chargers as well, one roll of toilet paper was available and there were no tissues in the room. '

'The breakfast staff was very friendly and always available to refill whatever needed to be filled. The room itself looked old and dingy, really used and abused, stained chairs, horrible pillows. We booked this particular hotel because we wanted to have the option to have an indoor pool. I called beforehand and asked about the condition of the pool and if if it was open. I was assured that it was. When we got to the Hotel and wanted to use the pool, we were told that the poolPool was closed...

'We saw no actual staff the whole stay. The breakfast was very minimal with some expired foods. '
