'Beautifully maintained building with amazing rooftop views and Condo was very clean. Location is idea to explore all that Charlotte has to offer and it is a very walkable city. Suggestion would be to add a couple of comfortable chairs in the living and upgrade the outdoor furniture on the balcony. We would gladly stay here again.'

'We stayed for a concert at Bank of America stadium. The property is walking distance from the stadium with lots of restaurants close by. Communication with the host was great and the place was comfortable and clean.'

The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs.
