Check in formalities was so quick and the most important was cleanliness which was beyond our expectations. Must visit whenever you plan to Ottawa. Thank you to Holiday inn and the sweetest staff.'

'Prima hotel voor een nacht. Het bed is aan de kleine kant (ik heb liever een queen size dan een tweepersoonsbed). De badkamer, in 2 gedeeltes, is ruim en schoon. Het ontbijt was ook prima met brood/bagels, muffins, mini-waffels, fruit, gekookte eieren. Ik miste alleen scrambled eggs en bacon, maar dat is omdat ik moeilijk doe ;-).'

'Good new hotel, great beds/shower. Only real downside is the breakfast area. That’s way too small for the size of the hotel. What is annoying is that they reserve a 100 dollars per room on your credit card but not unblok it. It has been blocked for two weeks now (since we checked out).'

'Visiting our son for a few days in Ottawa. More convenient to stay across the river in Gat than Downtown Ottawa. From check in to check out, it was great. Lobby & our room was updated. Husband forgot to clean out a dresser drawer full of clothes, which I called about it the next day, when I discovered it. Housekeeping did have them, thankfully I was able to have them picked up. I was a tad disappointed that staff didn't didn't reach out to me when they were discovered the day before....'

'Check-in staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Room is clean and well equipped with a full size fridge and small appliances.
Only complaint is that the alarm in our room was set for 6am which was a fun surprise. Maybe get the cleaning staff to turn off the alarms. '

"Keurig appartement, erg comfortabel, zeer goede kwaliteit voor je geld. De algemene voorzieningen zijn top, de stijl is fijn gekozen. Het personeel is aardig. De afwerking van de inrichting is redelijk goed, hier en daar zou het nog wat netter kunnen. De airco was een beetje raar; in gebruik maakte hij vrij veel herrie, maar zelfs als je 'm uitzette sloeg hij nog wel eens aan, wat onhandig is. "
