'Excellent experience. From check in where we were greeted with cold tea, very clean rooms though on small size (as advertised on the room description) beautiful design and materials. Very attentive staff. Great location near central market and temples in Chinatown. Lively area. Our corner room looked out over the intersection. Amenities including gym were very high quality. Restaurant was great as well. '

Hotel staff is very friendly, good food at the breakfast restaurant so this is a nice way to start your day.
At the checkin I was upgraded to the 18th floor, the view was fantastic.
I would recommend this hotel to travellers, you won’t get disappointed.'

'De voorzieningen als douche en toilet zijn netjes. Het matras was erg dun, waardoor het vrij hard en oncomfortabel was. Daarnaast lieten de kamers ondanks dat ze afgesloten waren van elkaar veel geluid door. Al met al prima voor een paar nachten.'

'Santa Grand Classic Chinatown is naar mijn idee een hotel met veel potentie. Met een paar verbeteringen zou ik zeker terug komen, al was de kamer iets wat aan de krappe kant voor 2 personen met baggage.
Bij aankomst was de doucheput/afvoer verstopt en was de kamer erg warm (24 graden) ook met de airco aan!!
3 Uren na aankomst is er iemand van onderhoud langs geweest en heeft de afvoer ontstopt. De airco deed het de volgende dag ook weer naar behoren. Van de kluis op de kamer waren de...

The rooms were poorly soundproofed — we could hear the neighbors making phone calls. We had to ask for toilet paper and other supplies a few times, as they weren’t restocked during cleaning. On the bright side, it’s in a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful."
