'very nice hotel with extended breakfast'

'Ruim appartement, enigszins verouderd, matig schoon.

'Dirty room, leaking taps, bathroom smells like urine, rusty and grimy shower heads and screens, stains on linen and sheets, unhygienic fridge, cracked walls, broken and dirty furniture. Staff provided little to no help in regards to how to access hot water, and all other inquiries that we had during our stay. '

'Nice big room Friendly staff Gr8 big pool Location is perfect for city Not really xpensive at all😁🤗'

'After an annoying mix up checking in my stay was great. The Manager went out of his way to help me which was truly appway to'

'Property is located near the lift, amazing views, decent facilities. But no amenities like coffee, tea etc provided, barely there utensils. Water leaking in faucets, tv channels next to none, a/c not so cold anymore, shiwer water draining all over toilet floor. Phone number listed is wrong & so non-responsive.'

'Friendly personnel, very clean facilities. Good quality of the bathroom'

'This place is a fraud. It was advertised as five stars and associated with another true 5 stars in the same building. But in fact this place , Family Apartments at Times Square was less than 3 stars. I booked 4 nights starting on 6/25/26. The place was spacious yet the furniture was outdated and filthy. The common hallway was full of curry smell. 10 minutes after I checked in, I left and moved to another hotel. I asked the owners to refund me, they declined. Please stay away from the facility,...

'Book a room stated with yard. Upon arriving there is no yard. No microwave. And also blood stain on bedsheet and towel'
