'Room was clean, towels looked new. Staff we interacted with were great. Parking with valet was a little challenging as front was full, and check-in a floor up was inconvenient. But, the price is great and location great.'

So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? 'The location is downtown so there is no parking. valet parking is $45 per day but you can find cheaper parking for an extended time a short walk away down the block from the hotel. 'Wasn't pleased that when I booked room it wasn't suppose to have a sofa bed and a king bed. No sofa bed. Went to front desk they sent up a cot for my 6ft son. Our room was right next to laundry room. 6am banging and chatting from laundry room.'
