'I highly recommend Akira Hotel. I had an incredible stay. The room was in pristine condition. The large balcony with a view over the garden and city was a highlight. The restaurant and bar were also excellent. I will return any time I am in Kigali.'

'As an Expedia platinum client I must say this stay was amazing. Had a bit of an issue upon my arrival but the staff went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Food was good, room was spacious, and location was great. The best part…felt like I was staying in an art gallery with beautiful displays of art all over the property. A must see for sure!'

'The guesthouse is well located in the city. It has a small lush garden that create a peaceful place for breakfast or reading. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good value for the money'

'Just openend and already the perfect mindset regarding service. Nice people, wonderfull restaurant'

'The Hotel is very good even is far from the city and the area around is not very nice. The Room and the service is really good.'

'The room we had was too light at night because of a few outside wallights that stayed on . '

'Great gym, excellent pool, friendly staff'

'They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.'

'The staff of the hotel (including the restaurant) is very friendly, highly professional and does the utmost to help the client. My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. I definitely recommend the Hut as an exceptional place where to stay in Kigali. '

'Comfortable accommodations and amazing staff and owners!! '

'Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again.'
